So, when we started our new home renovation, we figured we’d grab a few more from them and another unnamed vendor. Both vendors had Hunter fans (which are top-notch), but we ran into some trouble with the remotes for the fans we didn’t get from Henley Fan Co. They were super helpful in getting it all sorted out quickly. It’s refreshing to see a company that values customer service just as much as selling their stuff. That’s pretty rare these days.

Outstanding customer support, delivered the next day, and it was well packaged and simple to assemble. It does take some fiddling to find the right spot for the compact unit on the bed. The air is definitely cool; I focus on the center of my body where I tend to get the hottest, and I’m no longer waking up drenched in sweat, even with the current heat wave. The unit has to be flush against the mattress, which might be an issue with certain bed designs. I’m thinking about trying a cooling mattress cover, but they can be pricey and require some upkeep. I see this as the best affordable option, and while I could return it, I really don’t want to. I have a feeling you might need one for each person sharing the bed.
